At Daisy Drop Shop we want you to be happy with your purchase! You can always contact us with any questions at support@daisydropshop.com.
If for any reason you are not happy with your Daisy Drop Shop purchase:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means the item needs to be returned within 14 days of the time you received it (according to our Return Authorization instructions).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOLIDAY POLICY
Yes, we give you some extra time. Purchases made between November 1 - December 23 will be eligible for return until January 10. Exceptions: damages
RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A REFUND:
To start a return, contact us at support@daisydropshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving Return Authorization from us will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
COST OF RETURN
Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Exception is "free returns" noted in the product description. Feel free to email us before you check out if you have any questions. Once your return in authorized, you will receive instructions with your Return Authorization Email. Oversize items, such as home fitness equipment (ex. treadmill), have 25% restocking fee.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note: Holiday Policy does not apply to damaged products. Please inspect your purchase when you receive it.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

EXCHANGES
We do not process exchanges. However, you can return the item with a return authorization. Once we receive the return and it is accepted, we will process your refund. If you wish, you can make a separate purchase for the new item once we authorize your return. Please be sure that your item is returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? Just follow these steps:

Email support@daisydropshop.com, include your receipt/proof of purchase.

Wait to receive a reply with Return Authorization with instructions from us. Usually within 24 hours.

Send product back within 14 days of the time you received the item and follow the return authorization instructions we provide you.

When your return is received and condition of the product is confirmed, Daisy Drop Shop will issue you a refund.
